Despite the controversial circumstances ruled by Justice Nyako, last court hearing evidently shown how Mazi Benjamin Mmadubugwu can no longer standup erect while introducing himself in the court room due to the excessive growth of torture and illnesses innermost his body systems.
As it is, his obvious deteriorating health conditions made the presiding Judge, Justice Binta Nyako to order the court clerk to bring a separate seat for Benjamin Mmadubugwu whom had been in detention since July 2015.
Justice Binta Nyako on 20th February 2018 ruled and ordered that Benjamin Mmadubugwu
to attend the hospital of his choice which must be respected and carried out nomatter the tribe but same Nigerian Government reluctantly haven't allowed him still, and made his lawyers irrelevant because they are Biafrans, also same goes to many unarmed innocent Biafrans being jailed both in secret and open places round Nigeria, many have gone, still dying and the adoption and ethnic cleansing of Biafrans by Hausa Fulani Herdsmen "Jihad Soldiers" in power still continues, that's how injustice, hatred and failed state Nigeria has become.

As unarmed innocent Biafran citizen, Benjamin Mmadubugwu have been denied medical treatment, a criminal was granted medical treatment.
Abuja Division of the Federal High Court, on Wednesday, granted the former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Mr. Andrew Yakubu, leave to travel abroad for medical treatment. Yakubu Yakubu, who was GMD of the NNPC between 2012 and 2014, was accused of stashing over N3billion at his guest house in Kaduna State. He is answering to a six-count charge the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, preferred against him.
At the resumed hearing, trial Justice Ahmed Mohammed granted an application dated February 26, wherein the defendant, through his lawyer, Mr. Ahmed Raji, SAN, begged the court to permit him to travel outside the country to undertake a routine medical check-up. EFCC’s lawyer, Mr. Ben Ikani told the court that he was not opposed the application.
Consequently, further hearing on the case was adjourned till May 10, even we the court gave EFCC the nod to call more witnesses against the defendant. It will be recalled that the former NNPC boss was undergoing medical treatment in the United Kingdom when the EFCC, acting on a tip-off, raided his guest house situated at Sabon Tasha, Kaduna State, and recovered the alleged loot which was in foreign currencies. The anti-agency said it discovered the sum of $9.7million and £74,000 that Yakubu hid in a fireproof safe inside the house.

Benjamin mmadubugwu is seriously down in kuje prisons right now,
Biafrans if we don't do something to save him now, then am sorry it might be too late, I have been in kuje prisons from 6:30 A.M till now that I have left I couldn't set my eyes on him, although I was reliably informed that he has been severely down with pains and acute running stomach since the past three days now and not responding to the medications offered so far, and yet no one knows about it including the I.P.O.B, and the zoo justice nkita nyako has refused to allow him access a better health care medical facilities,
but that notwithstanding after much delays I was able to see mazi David nwawuisi today who confirmed that our comrade Benjamin is truly down and the drugs bought for him so far has not yet improve his health conditions and that's he couldn't stand for sometimes now,
other officials confirmed it too that he needed better health care if we still want him to stand his trials alive,
so fellow Biafrans i am not here to exaggerate or to polish words to suit your hearing or to make you believe me or afraid,
because even you too can go there yourself now and see things for yourself if you are a doubting thomas,
but anyways am here to tell you the reality of the situation on ground, so if we don't do something this very minute to let the world know that our brothers life is in real danger and force that devilish woman and her zoo pay masters to free or at least allow him access a better health care facilities right now perhaps to see if we can save him, then am very sorry,
well our comrade needs serious attention now please am shivering as am typing this because I can't afford to lose that wonderful guy,
so it's better for you all to leave whatever you are doing now and share this like madness and let the zoo elements to know that if anything happens to our innocent comrade then they will surely get whatever they wants from us,
prevention is better than "had I know" this is not a threat but a promise, so share wide, twitt hard, blog a hell out of it and make sure the relevant authority is aware of this inhumanity and impending murder of our comrade,
