THE CHURCH BARKS BUT NEVER BITES

In every society there must be those that pilots their affairs, either it is the government or the Religion. These are the people who speaks and the masses obeys. Take a hint from the dark ages when the Pope rules the world and also dictate who lives and who dies yet the people maintained the status quo waiting for who will speak for them since the church has been monopolized by the Bishops of Rome.

These are the issues roaming around again in our society today, the church has maintained a silence waiting for the masses to continue dying in hundreds and thousands before they can rise up and say, enough is enough. Although they had barked, through their national protests but are yet to bite. The Church has been muted over the killings since last year when the Killing reached its peak, beginning with the Operation Python Dance 1, 2 & 3 which took away our young and vibrant youths numbering over 300 and many more of them to detentions in so many prisons all over Nigeria. They kept quiet and yet expect us to forgive and forget.

Even during the civil war, they barked with some world powers yet they never bites. They refused to take the giant step by approaching the very world powers to grant those fighting for their freedom their wishes. They rather continue with their pitying attitude and allowed us to continue dying in thousands. Now another opportunity is right here before them to correct their wrongs and made amendments to us rather than inflicting more wounds on us they rather used this opportunity to heal the damages, they have caused us. This is called # Charity and the church is known for it.

You know whenever it comes to the matter of the black man the world will turn a deaf ear but when it comes to the white people, even the Pope will speak for them yet they said we should say No to # Racism whereby they are the ones manifesting it. Rome is yet to speak for the death of Biafrans.

Nigeria is a symbol of slavery, a country that had so many ethnic groups yet refused to add Referendum to its Constitution. What does that tell you? It means that we are caged in a union that we don't even know who signed it. This is not right and our pastors and Priest knows as much yet most of them refused to speak out. Even to Queen in with those that defied all odds to speak, they would not, rather they will join the Politicians to campaign for fraud and corruption, knowing fully well that Nigeria is irredeemable as long as this Constitution is still in use.

Whenever the church have decided to bite and know that they have barked enough, let them join this very revolution that is championed by the great IPOB through the most peaceful way of Elections boycott and let's cripple the government and make them crawl on their knees and for once heed to the voice of the masses whom they claimed to be governing else the impending revolution will also affect adversely both the Politicians and the Clergy.
